We at California Smog Check Center make the following promises to our customers:

• We perform high quality testing and repair services at a fair price.
• We have a sense of personal obligation to each customer.
• We recommend the services, repairs and maintenance to car owners that are necessary to maintain the vehicle in safe working order. Nothing more. Nothing less.
• We use products of a quality equal to or better than those recommended by the vehicle’s manufacturer.
• We service and repair vehicles in a timely manner and keep customers informed of any and all changes.
• We are committed to complete customer satisfaction, and will work toward prompt and amicable resolution of any disputes that may arise.
• We conduct ourselves in a professional manner in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.
• We notify the customer if appointments or completion times must be rescheduled.
